Service Description

Gather & Grow is a gentle session for parents and their babies to slow down, spend time in nature, and be together. Being in nature helps calm your nervous system, reducing stress and creating a sense of ease during a sometimes challenging season of life. For babies, it offers a gentle, sensory-rich environment that supports early development without overwhelming them. Each session follows a calm, supportive rhythm. We share a simple conversation point for parents, take a nature and art walk, enjoy songs with the babies, and finish with gentle stretches to help you reconnect with your body. Babies can explore the play items, watch the trees and climb on soft play while listening to birds and you can observe your baby and connect with other parents. Sessions are run by Erin, the owner of Outdoor Creators, an early childhood educator and mum who believes in the value of creating connection, building a sense of community (the modern village!) and the value of time in nature. There is easy parking, a ramp to bring your pram up to the garden, a change table, a kitchen to make a hot drink and a garden filled with shade and flowers all year round. Please note that sessions will continue if there's drizzle as there is space inside the house. If there's heavy rain and storms, it will be cancelled and an extra session will be added on the 29th June.
